Upon Programming This WOD & Coming Up With The Different “Levels”… I Knew That I Had The Option Of Going With What I Felt “Comfortable” With…

Performing This WOD At 115lbs Or 95lbs Would Have Been A Whole Lot Faster WOD For Me…

But I Wanted To Perform It With 135lbs & “Elite” On The Jump Rope…

On Tuesday… I Had No Intentions Of Performing This WOD… Planned On Doing It Wednesday… But After Hitting A 150lbs Snatch During Some Oly Lifting… I Figured I Was “Warm”…

So Scared S–T Less… I Stripped My Bar Down To 135lbs… Got My Rope… Gave Myself A 20 Min Time Cap… Started The Timer… Then… “3…2…1…GO!!!”

16 Minutes & 59 Seconds Later… ZERO Missed Snatches Later… All Un-Broken OverHead Squats Later… Only 3 Mess Ups On The Dubbs Later… I Haven’t Felt That Great After A WOD In A Long Time…
