Honestly… 1 Week Of “Snatch Training” Is NOTHING!!!

I Snatch & Clean and Jerk @ Least 4 Times A Week… No “CrossFit”… Just Lifting…

Some Days… I’m On One!!! 90% Of My Lifts “Feel” Good… There’s Always Going To Be A Few “Sketchy” Ones… But For The Most Part… “Feel Good” Reps!!! What’s Funny Is… Those Days Usually Happen When I’m “Not In The Mood To Lift”…

Some Days… I End Up Finishing The Session So Pissed Off & Frustrated Because Nothing Was “Clicking” For Me That Day… I May Have Lifted The Bar From “Point A To Point B”… But In An Ugly Fashion… And I Don’t Like Ugly… “Pretty Gymnast”… Funny Thing With That Is… That Usually Happens When I’m “Excited” To Lift… Maybe A Little Too Excited & I End Up Rushing The Lifts…

And Some Days… I “PR”!!! I Like Those Days… A Lot!!!

The Point Is… If You Finished Off The Week With A Few Reps That Were Memorable… Either In A Good… Bad… Or Great Way… AWESOME!!! Whatever You Did… Don’t Forget What You Did Or Didn’t Do…
